Return & Refund Policy

Please note that all products sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of quality defects. If you encounter a quality defect, please refer to the "Product Defects" section below for information on receiving a replacement product.

 

Product Defects

  1. All items will be carefully packed in a courier flyer. If your parcel arrives in poor condition, please do not accept it from the delivery person.

  2. Take photographs of both the consignment note and the damaged parcel.

  3. Refrain from signing the delivery receipt, and arrange for the delivery person to return the parcel to us.

  4. Share the photos with us, and we will dispatch a new parcel to you within two (2) working days.

  5. In the event that you discover a product defect after opening the received parcel,

  6. Capture a photo of the defective item and forward it to our customer service team.

  7. We will process compensation within two (2) working days.

  8. If the product you received differs from your order,

  9. Photograph the incorrect item and send the images to our customer service team.

  10. If we have shipped an incorrect product, you can return it to us, and we will send you the correct item within two (2) working days.
