Delivery Policy

Our preferred courier company generally ensures the successful delivery of your parcel within 2-5 business days starting from the shipment date. Please note that we only conduct shipments from Monday to Friday; no shipments occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or national public holidays.

For your convenience, we provide Delivery Tracking Numbers for all orders upon shipment, allowing you to track your delivery independently.

Should there be any delays in delivery, we suggest considering self-collection at the designated dispatch branch of our delivery partner to prevent any impact on the quality of the product. Customers affected by delays can also contact our customer service representative for additional information.

Kindly be aware that the actual product might vary from the images displayed on all FLOW marketing channels. Each product possesses its own unique characteristics, resulting in differences in appearance and texture. Your understanding regarding this matter is highly valued.

Delivery Charges:

• Free delivery within Malaysia for purchases above RM100.

• For purchases below RM100, a minimum delivery fee of RM10 applies for deliveries within West Malaysia and RM 15 applies for deliveries within East Malaysia.
